The workshops consist of 2 x 90 minute sessions set across 2 days

During the sessions we walk through the brand strategy process following a structure designed for small businesses, covering the following areas:

An introduction to brand specific for small business

Identifying, getting to know and connecting with your ideal customer

Identifying your competitors and what you need to know about them

How to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your business

Delving into the ‘personality’ of your business

How to identify what’s unique about your business that sets you apart from the rest

The goals of these workshops are:

To encourage you to momentarily step out of “doing mode”, to pause and consider who your business is and what it is about
-
To help you to think more strategically about your business when it comes to day-to-day decision-making
-
To help reduce the “random acts of marketing” you may be committing, saving you time and money, and keeping you focused on your end goal
.
In-between the two sessions participants have a chance to reflect and work on the content covered in Session 1 with take-home exercises that will form your brand strategy.
These workshops are limited to a maximum number of people so that attendees can gain insights specific to their business
