Brand Strategy for Small Business

The workshops consist of 2 x 90 minute sessions set across 2 days

During the sessions we walk through the brand strategy process following a structure designed for small businesses, covering the following areas:

  • An introduction to brand specific for small business

  • Identifying, getting to know and connecting with your ideal customer

  • Identifying your competitors and what you need to know about them

  • How to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your business

  • Delving into the ‘personality’ of your business

  • How to identify what’s unique about your business that sets you apart from the rest

  • And more…

.

The goals of these workshops are:

  • To encourage you to momentarily step out of “doing mode”, to pause and consider who your business is and what it is about

  • To help you to think more strategically about your business when it comes to day-to-day decision-making

  • To help reduce the “random acts of marketing” you may be committing, saving you time and money, and keeping you focused on your end goal

In-between the two sessions participants have a chance to reflect and work on the content covered  in Session 1 with take-home exercises that will form your brand strategy.

These workshops are limited to a maximum number of people so that attendees can gain insights specific to their business
